My dad is about 45 years old. He has gastric problems. But sometimes he faces extreme hiccups. When hiccups start,about 1-2 hour it continues. Sometime he throws out. Often feels like he will vomit. He has blood pressure around 60<->100. Any kind doctors can understand to which disease or problem my dads symptoms indicates to ? And kindly tell me the remedies please.....

The symptoms reported by you as nausea,hicccups,vomitting are indicative of gastrointestinal issues as:
1.GERD or Reflux Oesophagitis -- It should be relieved by intake of antacids as Tums.Try having it empty stomach for 5 days and observe for changes.
2.Gall bladder Stones or even inflammation called Cholelithiasis/ Cholecystitis. They are commonly associated with belching and indigestion.
3.Stomach or Duodenal Ulcer.
4.Enlarged liver - It can be ruled out with Ultrasound of abdomen.
Kindly visit a Physician so htat the cause can be ruled out and treatment started.
