Hi my name is Rachael, I am a chronic pain sufferer with herniated disks in my lumber region. I am currently pregnant (7 weeks) and work within my own business from home.

I look forward to getting to know you and hope to make some friends.

A big welcome to ya. You picked a great place to hang out. And a wonderful group to hang out with. I also have disc problems. Been a month now since my surgery. Just call me cement girl. I hope you find some good feedback and great information to help you understand alot of questions you may have. We have a great "Back Problem" forum for you to lurk through.
