Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

Heterotopic pregnancy is a rare entity in which there’s a simultaneous intra-uterine and extra-uterine pregnancy.

The mortality rate of the extra-uterine pregnancy is close to 90-95 % whereas that of intra-uterine pregnancy is around 30%.

The treatment consists of salpingectomy (removal of the fallopian tubes). It’s almost imporssible to save both the babies. Please do consult an obstetrician for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
