Q: herpes viral infection

Hello, I recently learned that I have herpes viral infection. I am extremely distraght about this and I need to just CRY for a while to relieve stress. Is it safe for me to cry if I have this infection? I don't want to spread the infection anywhere else on my face. thanks.
