I went to my first gynecologist appointment several weeks ago because I had been having chronic urinary tract infections and wanted to make sure everything was alright. She didn't do a pap smear or anything but she looked around and took a cotton swab of discharge to look at under a microscope. But for over a month I have had little bumps on my vagina. They don't really pop or anything and they don't hurt to touch and they've stayed in the same area the whole time. I am very concerned about them but she didn't say anything about it. She said it I had a lot of yeast and I had been on 4 different antibiotics for 3 months so that sounded right to me. She prescribed me 7 Diflucan and I'm supposed to take one every week. I've only taken 3 so far but the bumps are still there and I still get a little itchy and irritated in that area. Another thing that has me worried is that I'm very regular and this month I did not get my period. That has never happened and I know an STD can be the cause of that. I have only had sex with one person and I never saw any bumps or anything odd on him. When I have tried to squeeze the bumps some of them had a little white stuff, similar to popping a pimple. Besides that, they are just flesh colored, itchy bumps. Does this sounds like an STD or a yeast infection?
