I have been with my boyfriend for eight months, and have not have any sexual contact with anyone else..recently I noticed that I have two small bumbs on the side of my labia and a group of bumbs around the bottom..but they are not sore they do not hurt, neither does the rash. I was wondering if this could be a sign of herpes?

I doubt it. Herpes is extremely painful. You should consult with your doctor to have the bumps looked at.

Herpes is very painful to where its hard to sit or walk. But what do the bumps look like? Are they ingrown hairs? Are they pimples or lesions?

Either way I suggest going to a doctor to get tested and checked, especially since you are starting to have sex.

has your boyfriend been with anyone else?
are the bumps clustered? if so, it could be HPV, are you familiar with genital warts? google some images of minor genital warts and see how they compare. otherwise, get a doctor to check them out.

Sounds more like it could be genital warts otherwise you would have more discomfort. Go docotrs and get it checked out. Dont worry, theyre not as bad as they sound, easily treated. The problem with them is that your boyfriend might just be a carrier and not even realize he has them.

I said not to worry and you shouldnt but i shouldve also mentioned that if you have them or had them, you are at higher risk of getting cervical cancer. No panick, all it means.. get your regular paps.
