Q: herpes? sebaceous cysts or blocked hair follicles?

I am a 25 yr old obese male (5'8'' 350lbs). I have been celibate for over a year now. About a month ago a tiny red bump appeared near the shaft. It was painless and thought it was probably a blocked hair follicle. A few days ago I noticed it has gotten bigger and 2 more have come up. They are red and fluidless and appear over the skin, not under. I tried squeezing them and they cannot be popped. They do not hurt unless squeezed like a normal pimple. Does this sound like herpes, sebaceous cysts, or are they just blocked hair follicles. I tend to get these blocked hair follicles everywhere so thats originally why I thought it was that. Its stressing me out. After the last time I had sex there was nothing like this, I don't recall any sort of "outbreak." Am I just being paranoid or is it possible?

i'd say given your case of blocked hair folicles it is probably them, you would have noticed herpies as they are itchy. these sound like blocked hair folicles. i am in the same situation. So far i cant find anything to be done about them. But they arent herpies or contageuos.
