I have developed 1 or 2 bumps on under my penis on my testicular region i guess you would deem it. and I have an ulcer in my pubic hair with small vesicles i guess they would be called around that ulcer. there are non on my shaft or penis. I tried shaving the area about 2 weeks ago prior to the presences of these bumps and then they appeared. Could they be related to that? I am sexually active but haven\\\\\\\'t been sense the bumps appeared.

Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Since there is history of shaving before appearance of these bumps, it could be related to it(due to infection caused by the razor blade).
Other possibility could be STD (sexually transmitted infection). Get an examination done by your healthcare provider/doctor along with a STD screening test to find out what has happened.
Based on the examination findings and test results appropriate treatment will be started for you.
Take care.
