Q: Herniated L5-S1 disk Auto accident

Thanks, 3-11-09 struck from behind as a pedestrian, Mri-xrays show defect,what is the treatment plan for this injury, an whats the approximate recovery time? Yes heavy muscle relaxers; stay lethargic have the time.

hello recovery time varies for each person and i think maybe physio could help you and give you exercises to follow at home.
I wouldn,t suggest chiropractor as sometimes they to rough..
you must be i agony as im an L5/s1 sufferer from prolapse and its no picnic..watch for other replys and good luck..

ps ; you,ll be glad of painkillers im on morphine for pain as heavy muscle relaxers didn,t agree with me.
