i'm 19 year's old and have a herniated disc in my lower back, i've tried everything from physio to epidurals the surgeon's now feel there is nothing more they can do for me it has been going on for about 5 years.
my question is how likely is the surgery to last and what would be better a fusion or an actual disc replacement?
