hernia symptoms ? Posted: 06-24-08 17:35pm


Hello- In am a 21 yr old man, who has developed a small bump on my left side. It is about an inch above my left hip bone. It causes discomfort, but no real pain. I had been working out on a weekly basis, until this formed. Any help??
