Absolutely, hernias (in my case a Spigelian hernia)can be related to prostatitis, orchitis, and epiditimitis. Antibiotics will work only temporarily until you get the hernia taken care of and then miraculously, all of your symptoms will disappear. So if you are having prostate pain or if your scrotum is swelling AND you have a pain in your side, you may need hernia surgery which may totally relieve your prostatitis, orchitis, and epiditimitis symptoms. It really could just be a Spigelian or Inguinal hernia.
