To the right of my belly button, about an inch, there is a very sore area, but only to the touch. This area is more of a vertical line, along the edge of,for a lack of beter terminology, the six pack muscle beside the belly button. There is no bulge. I was doing some physical labour earlyer this week, but not extremely physically demanding labour. I want to know if i am on the verge of herniating my self, or if it is a strained muscle.
