Q: hernia operation affect penis size??

Im 16 years old and when i was 6 i had a hernia operation because i think one of my testicles swelled up and i was wondering whether it affects penis size because when i get an erection, my foreskin still covers the head of the penis.... is this due to the operation??? please help!
