Hi, my boyfriend told me recently that he
had a inguinal hernia when he was a baby.
He had it operated on when he was 3 years
old, but he said it still hurts when he
tries to lift heavy objects or strain
himself. Can a hernia in the testicle and
surgery at such a young age affect his
fertility? We have been together for a
very long time, and I'm seriously
considering marriage with him. I
absolutely want to have children some day,
but I'm too afraid to ask him.
