my wife had blood test 5/18/2011. Her lpase reading was64 reference is
13-60. Should we worry?

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Different labs have different ranges for normal values.A lipase reading(I hope you meant Lipase)of upto 70 can be considered normal.Unless she does not have any symptoms as nausea,vomitting,abdominal pain,weakness etc there is nothing to worry.High levels are usually indicative of Gall Bladder and Pancreas infection.
At this point nothing seems to be worried of.
Consider visiting a Physician for evaluation if any symptoms arise.
