I don't know how I got it, because I have had a blood transfusion and later had a tatoo, and have had unprotected sex.

Anyway, I would like more information about this condition. Thanks,

Inflammation of the liver caused by hepatitis C virus is known as hepatitis C.
HCV is one of the most common causes of chronic liver disease (at least 75% of people infected with hepatitis C develop ongoing, long term disease), which can progress to the point at which the liver begins to fail.

Recent transfusions of blood poses zero risk for hepatitis C, but, it isn't excluded possibility (blood and blood product routinely are tested for this virus).

What kind of symptom you have?

I don't have any symptoms right now I feel just fine. I am not taking anything for it. My doctor just asked me to take Milk Thistle. But I have not been taking that, low on money.

I continue to have unprotected sex, but I am worried about my Husband catching it.
