Hepatitis c and bad sexual life

hi there i'm a 26 years old male and i have a chronic hepatitis c at the early stages of development, so the doctor said i don't need the treatment now. however, i lost my sexual desire/drive and libido, i feel that i'm not really interested in sex like before. i have difficulty in getting an erection and maintaining it, so to avoid embarrassment i use viagra every time i start a sexual relation with my girlfriend. i feel no fatigue or depression as i'm leading a very good life with my friends and family , and it's not related to my psychology as a lot of doctors may think, i used to have a very good sexual life before i discover the illness. i'm so devastated and i'm looking for any solutions. does this need a radical solution like eradicating the virus totally or are there any medications ?? thank you
