Hi,

I had my second of 3 Hepatitas B injections yesterday afternoon at my local GP. Yesterday evening I noticed that I my eye began to ache a little, since I woke this morning my left eye is swollen and is tender to touch. It also hurts a little when I blink. It mainly hurts on the inside of my eye nearest my nose.

Its not itchy, nor is it weeping. Ive had conjunctivitas before and it doesnt feel like that. Niether does it feel as though I have anything in my eye. It's not blood shot either. I'm wondering if I had scratched it somehow but I dont remember doing that. Usually when you scratch it you remember since it would have hurt.

So is this related to my injection? I did have a few drinks last night (my doctor didnt say it was a problem), I dont want to go bothering my GP, I thought I'd leave it a couple of days and see if it goes away.

Anybody heard of this before?

Update
Just to keep you updated, I went to see my pharmacist on my lunch and he very much doubts that it has anything to do with the injection. He suspects that it is a hair folacle that's causing the problem, he said if it does not clear up in a couple of days then go back or consult my GP.
