Presence of HBsAg is indicative that you have Hepatitis B infection and you need to be evaluated further.

Consult your doctor and he will guid you further.

With regarding to fitness to work abroad, with a HBsAg positive result, depending on the job profile and location, your company doctor or human resource dept will be able to guide you.
