Q: Hep B medication ?

I am a 20 y/o born with Hep B. I had a blood test done and then again 6 months later (the results are below). After the first test, I was prescribed medication as treatment. Due to the expense of the medication however, I did not subscribe to the regimen. Based on the results is it advisable to continue holding off on the medication? Is it the nature of the virus to be remissive and cause fluctuations in the results or am I actually getting better?

FIRST TEST/SECOND TEST
AST:62/43
ALT:88/94
HBV DNA: ~75 Million/~184,000
HBsAg: Pos./Pos.
HBeAB: Neg./Neg.
HBeAg: Pos./Pos.
AFP, Tumor Marker: 23.6/7.8
