Could very well be a number of things. Does it hurt or cause you probelms when going to the bathroom? Has there been any bleeding? WHen did oyu first nitice this "spot"? I think if you are really concerned, go to see you family doctor. Don't worry about embarrassing yourself....just think that doctor has seen lots of BUMS in his/her days!
