Hey, im 23 and have suffered from hemorrhoids before, however im not sure if this time it is hemorrhoids, its not on or directly around the anus but just at the top of the "crack" and very bottom of lower back, its a single sore and is usually red and very very itchy, i usually wake up during the night because it is so itchy, and because of the itching it bleeds, its sometimes very painful.
Can you help identify what this is?
