Hemorrhoids or something else

I feel that there is a small non Painful boil in my anus that is bothering me sometimes, Could this be Hemorrhoids or something elese in the matter. Today, I went to the washroom and to poo and saw a bright red blood at the end of it. I exam it too and saw watermelon seeds that I have consumed for breakfast. It was never dark or anything else but it got my attension. I am a bit worried about this???
