Hemorrhoids are varicosities of veins in the rectum and anus. They are very soft, and cannot put pressure on any of the pelvic nerves. So, it is impossible for hemorrhoids to influence erections and sexual intercourse. However, a feeling of shame due to external hemorrhoid existence , can interfere with sexual intercourse.
