Had this bruised looking lump for some months now, only recently have I thought it might be getting bigger but I could be imagining it. It only hurts when I goto the bathroom, strech buttocks apart or touch it firmly, and its very mild like plucking a hair.

It doesn't bleed or do anything really. I thought it might be the start of a hemorrhoid or a ingrowing anal hair but I can't see a hair sticking in anywhere. I don't touch that area otherwise.
