Check your local medical authorities to see how many people locally have swine flu. The incidence is VERY low at present and nothing like the previous infections. Check the news. Check local medical websites. Call the local hospitals.

If you have been to Mexico recently there is an elevated risk; similarly if you have been in contact with anyone with the flu. Otherwise, you should be OK. Collect information rather than stressing out.

we've all been through this before!
i think it was in 1975 there was a hype about swine flu & it was just a manufactured ordeal for the drug companies to create a bit of cash flow & get in bed with national governments, there are some who say this is the same deal. to be honest there are a lot more issues which can have a much higher risk to our lives & we don't worry about them ! if you are still worried Pray to God, ask him to protect you & guide your life safely, He works!
