hi , i have ongoing back problems and cant seem to get rid of it. i have listed the findings of my mri below. What i want to know is can these problems be fixed. Would spinal decompression or some other kind of treatment other than surgery work or are they of no use to me. i appreciate anyone taking the time as this problem is very annoying. i am only 28 if that makes any difference

summary of Mri
--chronic degenerative change throughout all the lumbardiscs with minor degenerative change in corresponding facet joints
--disc narrowing with signal reduction and small marginal osteophytes at all lumbar levels
--at l5-s1 disc there is a large focal right posterolateral disc protrusion displacing the left s1 nerve root and narrowing the right l5 -s1 disc lateral foramen
--moderate sized central protrusions at l2-3 l3-4 l4-5
-- no bone destruction
