I was holding my 8 week old on my chest and trying to catch one my 18 mo twins,I let go with my support hand to grab one when my baby leaned back and his head and back went back then he was able to regain control and come back forward. He cried briefly from this incident but I'm scared to death... He isn't fussy and is acting totally normal, should I be worried??

If going to a doctor makes you feel better, then go ahead, otherwise I think you have no reason for concern because he is happy and totally normal. He may have cried from the surprise/insecurity of the situation rather than pain.
