Q: Help with Baby Name!!

Hello! My husband and I are having a bit of trouble coming up with a girl name that we both like. He has always wanted to use my middle name as our daughter's first name, Paitson (pronounced Paytsen), and while I like it I am a bit worried it may be too masculine or confusing for others. It was also challenging to pair it with a nice-sounding middle name, but we came up with the name Brynn. We then started playing around with the idea of Brynn as the first name, but I again got worried that people may confuse it with Brian, which would be annoying and embarassing for the child. However, it's still all we can agree on for now so just wondered what others thought.....

Which do you think is better, or do you not like either?

Paitson Brynn Cornett
Brynn Paitson Cornett (open to other middle names here, but wanted to try to use the family name).

Any help is greatly appreciated!! Smile Thank you!!!

I think Brynn is beautiful. I like it as the first name. I think Paitson might be more confusing to other people than Brynn.

Then again, Paitson Brynn flows more easily than Brynn Paitson. I think Paitson is beautiful, but I personally would probably opt to find an alternate middle name to pair with Brynn (I really adore that name).

I'm probably no help at all. Good luck!

Paitson Name
My last name is Paitson, and to the best of my knowledge there is only one Paitson lineage. So, to me, it's really odd that you're considering naming your child Paitson -- I didn't know this name existed outside of my families last name!

Paitson is a male Thai actor. He's quite famous in Thailand. In that regard, I think Brynn Paitson Cornett might be to clipped if you say it together.

May I suggest:
Brynn Malia Cornett
Brynn Tia Cornett
Brynn Aliya Cornett

My reason for haveing the "ia" in the middle name is that it makes the whole name sound complete and gives the name a tonal pitch that is feminen and beautiful. Good luck!
