After weeks of agonizing over a middle name to go with the first name Samantha, which we both fell in love with, I decided to enlist some outside assistance here....I need a middle name to fit perfectly with a 3-syllable first name, and a last name beginning with "O" that's 2-syllables.....See why I can't sleep at night? LOL Heeeeeeelp!! Wink

My cousin Samantha's middle name is Lorraine, after my grandma.

common rule if the first name is more than 2 syllables then the middle name should be no more than 2 syllables. like dont use something like samantha evelyn use something like samantha elane.
