:cry:please can someone give me more information. i have been diagnosed with angio edema. i have severe attacks and choke. i was on cortizone for months and weaned off them. i now carry an adrenaline pen and take high doses of anihistamine.i went from 60kgs to 80 when on cortizone and after 6 months am down to 75kgs. will my weight go down eventually as i am depressed about this. no-one in my family is overweight. i have just had a blood test done and my sugar levels and cholestral levels are very high. i have not been on cortizone since november 2007 when i was weaned off them. please advise me if i should diet. i do not eat greasy food or cream or butter. i do have a sweet tooth. plaques have been found in my blood. my doctor says this can be heredetary but i have not received any medication apart from above to treat chronic angio edema which was just diagnosed last year. any advise would be grateful
