my boyfriend and i have been together for almost 4 years. we first started having sex the summer of 2006i. we think i might have been pregnant twice before. i was more than 5 months late on my period both time and was showing. i never went to the doctor because i was only 15 and 16. i ended up have 2 verypainful and scary "miscarriages." not i'm trying to get pregnant. neither time did i try to have a miscarraige it just happened. neither me or my boyfriend smoke or drink. i'm a lot less stressed than i used to be. i take prenatal vitamins daily and i track my ovulation. my boyfriend is starting to worry now. please help me.

If you've been trying for over a year now, it's time to see a fertility specialist. Most likely, they will test your boyfriend's sperm and analyse it first. If his sperm count is high, then the doctor will begin the diagnostic procedures required for women and infertility. Do you have a gynecologist that you can see and request help from?

yes i can contact the gynecologist that is on the military base that i go to. Is there anything else that may have caused the delay?? such as stress or something?

Stress CAN cause a delay in menstruation. I'd suggest that you summarize your medical history, write it down, and then present it to the doctor during your visit. Gynecologists can better advise patients knowing more information, rather than less.
