I'm 24 years old and im having urine tract infections signs, i haven't gone to the doctors but i know i have it because i have had it before so iam taking care of it now. does this mean also that i can be pregnant?? im having pregnancy symptoms, nausea, breast tender, back pain and tummy sore. also i started birth control pills april 29 could it be that its the birth control side effects?? called microgestin. what should i do next, pregnancy test?

Can someone please help me?? Please get back to me with detail information.

HELP!! PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS

A UTI and pregnancy can happen at the same time. When you start on the pill you should not have unprotected sex for the first pack of pills. The pill needs time to manipulate the hormones and prevent ovulation and to become effective.

It is thus possible that you are pregnant if you had sex close to ovulation. It can also be the side effects from the pill. Only a pregnancy test or the appearance of your period can confirm what it is.
