Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Birth control pills are effective only if taken regularly without missing any dose.Even if a single dose is missed and taken later it decreases its efficacy for pregnancy prevention. In last few days how many times have you missed the pill? How long have you been on the pill?If more than 3 pills are missed in a row then it is advisable to use an extra method of protection.
There are chances of pregnancy so kindly visit your Healthcare provider soon for evaluation.

Take Care!
