ok , so if i need to lose weight cause i have fatty tissue problems . if i go on a diet i will be able to get pregnet then? what type of diet will i need to be able to go on ? what can i do to get help in losing the weight as soon as possible ?

Portion control, exercise, less junk food and fast food... All the general rules for losing weight work well. If only there was a pill to give people the will power to abide by these rules! lol

i need help in getting pregnet
i would like to no if i can also get pregent if i just go to a clinic and get the sperm injected into my uterus ? and where can i find a clinic like that ?

All you have to do is do a search for a local fertility clinic using the nearest large town to you. In vitro fertilization does increase your chances of becoming pregnant. However, it is an expensive procedure.

what do i do to get pregnant,i am desperate.
i had an ovarian cyst operation in 2004 and i have been trying to get pregnant since 2005,could the problem be the operation i had,i really need to get pregnant,what should i do?

The first step is to get a physical exam done. If you have not been getting yearly pap smears at the gynecologist, you need to schedule one as soon as possible. Then you and your doctor can discuss where to go from there.
