Can a males penis get back it's youthful attributes with frequent use. I ask because my husband and i could not have sex for about a year. We are trying to have sex and he can not get as hard as he used to and he is ultra sensative. . Is there any hope for us with out drugs.

Weaker erections are part of aging, depending on how old he is of course. He needs to get checked out by his doctor. Erection issues can be an indication of more serious problems. His doctor can determine if Viagra, Levitra or Ciallis will be good for him.

Is he on some medication? Some medicines For diabetic/Bp could affect errection.How old is he?

I do yoga 6 times a week and eat mangos, they have helped me.
