Hi im 17 and having problems being erect.

For about 2 months I believe so far I been having this problem. Since September 2nd I changed what I did a lot. I know take vitamins/herbs everyday in the morning (Vitamin C, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Rhodiola Rosea, Calcium Magnesium Zinc, and Men's Multivitamin). Also sometimes at night I take valerian to help me go to sleep. Also around the same time I stopped looking at porn, which I have looked at problem since I was 12 taking long breaks from it, but sometimes coming back. I masturbate a lot less as well since a month or two ago. I usually Masturbate 1-2 times every two weeks. Is there any reason that I might be having erectile problems? Isn't rhodiola rosea help with erectile problems? Can anyone help me?

What was your masturbation frequency before the onset of your problems? If you have not seen a doctor yet and you've got a good insurance then go and get a Full hormonal and nutritional panel done. Notice I said FULL and make sure your doctor understands this or your trip will be all for nothing. Once you've done this and if you are found with no deficiencies then the second step and possibly only recourse from your problems is to find (Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialist) with a good background to perform Acupunture and administer raw herbs for you. If you have an imbalance of CHI in your body your family doctor won't be much of help.

rhodiola rosea is rarely claimed to be a treatment for ED. The herb does have circulatory benifits and -can- help to correct imballances in seratonin reception where caused by prolonged strain. These would only benifit you if they were the specific problems you were sufferring from.

None of the vitimins or herbal remedies you're taking should be causing erectile issues for you if all other things are normal and you're not taking abusively large doses of them. I'd talk to your doctor about what's going on.
