hi everyone,

my weight is not a heavy weight and never has been. I am in the process of starting IVF from the 22nd of this month january 09. I am painfully trying to get my weight upto what the ivf want me upto but i am struggling i have been under a dietitian telling me what to eat which i do reguarly even my doctor has put me on Ensure drinks which help to eat in between meals in other words to get more snacks in before normal meals. My weight has always, through growing up been 8 stone, i have manged to put on 5lbs in two weeks with the help of the ensure drinks, i need to get my body max weight to 20 or 21kg no idea what this is in stones. I had a blood test a week ago, and seeing doctor thurs for results but one test is for under active thyroid no idea what this is and how is it treated, and another test was for my bowels got dioriear every day no idea why this is so if you could help me out with the problems i have i would be very grateful. OH thankyou for reading this message and taking time out to read it and maybe help me. Cheers to you all. From Joanne Crying or Very sad

Peanut butter is high in calorie, you might be able to put on some weight with it. You can try higher calorie foods then what you normally eat, and you should be able to do it.
