Q: help for depression

i have no idea what to do. im going crazy.
ive been suffering depression and anxiety for 7 years. and my doctor has also told referred me to see someone as he thinks i may need to get assessed for bipolar disorder..
im at a massive low and literally going insane
i dont know what to do who to turn to or what to do.

Go get the assessment...are you on any meds? Bipolar disorder can be treated. A lot of the meds will treat the bipolar and the anxiety. Dont hesitate to make the apt and keep it. Best of luck to you.

see a doctor

Get on medication like effexor. See a doctor and better yet a psychiatrist NOW. Can you do this?

Grrr, Shrinks piss me off, all they do is put you on a anti depressant. It doesn't solve the situation just avoids you from facing them.

P.S. I was on effexor
