I saw this thread and figured I would post about this. Im in IT so im on the computer all day. I had the worst CT in my right writst "mouse hand" I tried everything and it still hurt! I eventually got one of the roller ball mice with the red ball your roll with your thumb. Hands down awesome! If you suffer from this get one, you will not regret it!

I tried that one long ago and couldn't get used to it...I now use a Logitech mouse where I can recharge it when it needs it...I found that the best thing for me was keeping my hands lower instead of on top of the desk...This way they are always near my waist height and put no pressure on my wrists...I have this big U shaped Desk deal with all the cabinets and this is a pull out under the middle area where my computer screen sits...I can assure you that when this one goes, I will get another...

I am happy you found what was good for you...

Take care,
Caroline

Correct
Yeah keep it lower that helps too. When I work from home on my kitchen table I get the worst shoulder pain from the mouse being too high.

Yeah setting yourself up right is the most important thing!
