Hello I am Serenity

Hello, I am 46 years old with
fibromyalgia. I am a mother of two and
grandmother of 3, with the next one on the
way. I am having some serious problems
with bruising? I am not sure where this is
supposed to be posted. Whenever I use my
arms/hands i.e. chopping food/veggies,
nothing strenuous, I end up with black and
blue marks from the top of my wrists to
about an inch below my elbow on both arms.
They have not been hit, bumped or
crushed. If I basically do nothing for a
few days they go away, but as soon as I do
anything even just replanting a plant, the
bruises appear. Any thoughts?

That is alright, I am going to call the
doctor on Monday, it is getting worse I
just swept the kitchen floor this morning
and my arm/forearms just got blacker. I
bumped my arm on the counter it broke open
and the blood clotted really fast. I am
not taking any new meds. I have been on
these for years.

to go have the doctor check you out. But I
still want you to come back and check out
what the mod has to say,OK? The doctor is
a good idea ..it sounds painful for you. I

hehe lol im the mod in
fibromyalgia----serenity1662---id like to
suggest talking to mominashoe about ITP.
its a condition where you bruise easily.
mominashoe had this when she was younger.
IM not saying you have this but its a
possibility. mominashoe is my sister so im
sure that she will be able and willing to
help you
