hello. im a 20 yr old guy. my height is 5'5. my dads about 5'6 or a bit more and my mums 5'1. my question is will i have an increase in height now that am 20? or will i be 5'5 for the rest of my life?

Everyone's different. People have been known to grow well into their twenties. Given your genetic background, though, chances are it won't be that much.

There is a chance, exercising and proper eating may help, but considering your parents, your puberty/growing age is probably at an end as marvel stated.

Generally though, men can continue to grow until 23-25 apparently.
