Hi there,

I'm 22 y old and i'm 174cm, and of course I want to get taller Smile Some people say that height can't increase after puberty, others say that ppl continue to grow even to 26-30 y so... my first question I guess is, when exactly ends puberty and can't we grow after that at all? Because I'm pretty sure I gained 2 cms between 2006 (172) and 2009 (174).

And the second is, I'd like to ask you to see this site where a man named Foster claims he has gained 2 inches in height in the Lumbar area, which increased its size. That he did in one year with intensive biking and some intense stretching exercises. This theory is supported by another guy, Sky, who claims to have gained 2 cm in 2 months (or something). I am willing to try this routine but i thought I should consult with doctors cause these exercises look quite intense and I don't want to risk damaging my back for nothing Smile

So, can this Lumbar area grow anyhow or should I give up the idea of getting taller.

Thanks Smile

P.S. Forgot to add that at the end of the page there is a "scientific" explanation/evidence that this is possible. That might be of interest to you Smile
