Hi I'm a 23 year old, Female. I have had pre cancerous cells on my Cervix, which was treated, and diminished with Laser treatment. I also have had an ectopic pregnancy, which required surgery to remove the fetus.

I am now experiencing irregular periods, I just finished one, and the period before last was 5months ago. I bleed everytime after intercourse with my husband. I experience abodominal pain, and as well as pain in my ovaries. I urniate frequently, feel bloated 9days out of 10, and very very tired. I also have been getting severe migraines in the past month.

I ended my last period 5 days ago. I had intercourse with my boyfriend this morning, and I was bleeding immensly. I, (sorry), bled so much, I soaked our sheets, as well as my panties after getting dressed. It still hasn't stopped. It is not normal menstrual blood, it is thick bright red blood.

Thx so much for any help, and/or ideas you have.

There are several different potential causes for irregular or inter-menstrual vaginal bleeding, and I'm afraid that it is not possible to offer you a specific diagnosis based only upon the information that you have provided (additionally, I doubt that all of the various symptoms that you describe are being caused by a single health problem).

You should, of course, return to see the gynecologist who previously treated you for your cervical dysplasia.

Sincerely/ Robert A. Wascher, MD, FACS
