Good day to all, I usually get my period on the 24th/25th of every month, and it usually last 5 days, but on the 25th of nov. what i got was a very light/almost spot like period, it lasted 1 day and a half. Also i am feeling a heaviness in my lower stomach, and some dull pain every so often, I am not really get a sore breast just light tingle feeling from time to time. I am getting dizzy, and tried. I'm also feeling to throw up and upset after a meal. I took a test last week but it showed up negative, and I am still feeling like this, could it be i am pregnant? (p.s. when i took the test last week it was in the evening).

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum

If this time you had a very light period, then you should repeat the test. You can do it at any time of the day. A blood test is more confirmatory than a urine test.

At times the periods do change the pattern for a month or two without any cause. Otherwise you would need to rule out polycystic disease of the ovary, hypothyroidism, anemia and hormone imbalance.

Please consult your gynecologist and get yourself examined as a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
