Q: Heavily stressed

I feel heavily stressed on on slightly pressure events like if I am told to remember things at job to tell to clientsI get stressed and and am able to remember very few things like if requirement to remember 20 things i just remember 5/6 thingsplus I am feeling hevily stressed during job and even at home Like I have to waiot for a page to come up after click on it I get stressed I havetried meditiation and once i go to stressed phase even when there are no streessors I feel stressed and weak in hands specially left tremor like hand almost daily I try to mindfully remove the stress in hands thru mindfullness it does reduce but cit comes back after some time would hyotic suggestions work to make mee stronger on continous basis kindly hep me

Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

There are various relaxation techniques which you can follow like yoga, meditation, walking, jogging, gardening, listening to music and deep breathing exercises.

Apart from this you can consult a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist and try and assess the reason behind your stress. Many behavior therapies are available that help you master your internal conflicts. There are many memory games and memory enhancement techniques that these specialists can teach you.
