Dear doc

for the last 3 weeks I have been having these strange heat sensation in my right leg, started at the bag of my thigh, but in the last couple of days I have been feeling it in the front of my shin as well. It feels as if a warm water is running down my leg, it is there for few seconds and then goes away, some days more than others. Otherwise I am in a very good health, have a bit high blood pressure due to a lot of stress I had few years back, it is getting better though. My doctor seems to think it is all in my head and just tells me that she has no clue what it might be and told me to stretch my legs, which has not helped. I am worried about it being MS, although it does not run in my family and I don't have any other syndromes besides the occasional sleepy arm during the night. I work out quite a lot, lifting heavy weights (cross fit) so I was wondering whether it could be a pinched nerve? my other bet, is that I have had quite a lot of stress in my life for the last 4-5 years, very long work hours and very little time to rest, emotional stress due to 2 mentally ill family members, so I guess I can say that my nervous system has been on constant alert for a very long time now, as I have constant nervous feeling in my chest and generally very tense. So my question is whether this sensation in my leg could be due to inflamed or exhausted nervous system?
Would be great with an opinion, since I am freaking out!
best regards
Brynja (32 year old female, non smoker, very moderate use of alcohol)

I've had a warm sensation in the back of my right thigh, just below the buttock, for around a week. It happens at random times, whether im standing, sitting or lying down and normally lasts for around 5-10 seconds. Im normally fit and well, so went to the doctor who asked a few questions and tested the reflexs in my legs. It all came back as normal and the doctor said she had no idea what it could be! I've been told to go back in around 2 weeks if its still there, which im really not happy with. Does anybody know what this thing is?????
