I have just turned 30 and i have recieved a very unwelcome present..... heat rashes... i havent had them since i was twelve... i was on medicine for it up until then and now it is back with a vengence... any time i get too hot or i exercise or i have sex with my husband any type of strenuous activity is causing me to go through 30 mins of this darn heat rash... I am too old for this!!!! any suggestions how to get rid of it for good...
