Q: heat in right leg - possible pregnancy ??

ive been having these heat waves in my right leg for the past two weeks (im about to get my period within a few days)which is very weird. could it be a sign of pregnancy?
i did an early pregnancy test but it was negative, but can it still be that im pregnant?
